Law firm SEO, law firm website design and Google Ads for attorneys in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and fifteen more Texas markets. Written to Texas Disciplinary Rules 7.01 to 7.06, measured in signed clients.
01What we do
Three services, one measure. We report signed clients, not rankings or impressions, because that is what a managing partner pays for.
02The Texas market
Clients search by metro and practice, never by state. Every metro page starts from its own numbers: demand, click prices, attorney density and courts.
Dallas1 attorney : 153Dallas County · Fifth Court of Appeals
A divorce market first.
Houston1 attorney : 192Harris County · 1st and 14th Courts of Appeals
The most expensive injury clicks in Texas.
Austin1 attorney : 118Travis County · Supreme Court of Texas
The densest bar in the state.
San Antonio1 attorney : 315Bexar County · Fourth Court of Appeals
A bilingual injury market.

All three are California practices of ByteZero, our parent agency. No Texas engagement has run long enough to report, and we would rather say so than round up.

04How an engagement runs
Four steps, the first of them free. Five to seven business days from kickoff to launch; SEO and ads month to month, no long-term contract.
Your practice areas, your competitors, the clients you want more of and the growth you are planning for, in a free 30-minute session.
Free market audit includedWe pull the demand and click prices for your city and practice, read the firms already ranking, and write the page plan against those numbers.
Keyword Planner, Search Console, State Bar dataHand-coded pages with SEO architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals tuning and content written to Rules 7.01 to 7.06.
Filing-ready homepageGo live, then month-to-month SEO, AI-search monitoring and a written report that counts signed clients, not impressions.
No long-term contract05Texas Disciplinary Rules 7.01–7.06
Rule 7.05(b) exempts a firm’s website from filing, except the homepage. We build it as a filing for the State Bar’s Advertising Review Committee, and write the whole site to Rules 7.01 and 7.02.
Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct, Part VII, as amended effective July 1, 2021. This is how we build, not legal advice; the firm’s compliance counsel signs off before anything is filed.
Nothing that creates unjustified expectations about results; required disclaimers made in each language used (7.01(d)).
What we buildResults language that never promises an outcome. Spanish pages carry every disclaimer in Spanish.
The responsible lawyer and primary practice location. “Board Certified” only through TBLS. Contingent-fee ads say who pays expenses.
What we buildThe responsible-lawyer line on every page, TBLS wording only, the expense disclosure beside every fee mention.
No live-contact solicitation of people who did not ask. Barratry is a crime under Penal Code § 38.12.
What we buildNothing that targets identified accident victims. Retargeting is reviewed against 7.03 before it runs.
A copy, the application and the fee to the Advertising Review Committee within ten days of dissemination; pre-approval thirty days ahead.
What we buildThe homepage delivered filing-ready, and the packet prepared with the firm.
Website pages other than the homepage, basic identity information and informational posts are exempt from filing.
What we buildOffers kept off the exempt pages; the homepage treated as the filed document.
A lawyer may not accept employment procured through prohibited advertising or solicitation.
What we buildA compliance review that protects the engagement, not only the ad.

06English and Spanish
Sus clientes también buscan en español.
Rule 7.01(d) requires every disclaimer in each language an advertisement uses, so a Spanish page is a compliance job as well as a translation.
Hispanic or Latino share of residents. U.S. Census Bureau QuickFacts, V2025 estimates.
El Paso and the Rio Grande Valley are Spanish-first immigration markets where clicks are cheap: “el paso immigration lawyer” draws 1,000 searches a month at top-of-page bids of $3.68 to $23.02.
07Where we work
Each page carries that city’s search demand, click prices and courts. From Dallas we work with firms in all 254 counties.

Every engagement is quoted against the market it has to win. A Houston injury practice competes for clicks that reach $1,000 at the top of the page; a Dallas family practice competes for clicks between about $12 and $58. The work, and the price, differ accordingly. We quote after a free market audit, and there is no long-term contract.
A new site launches within five to seven business days of kickoff. How quickly it ranks depends on the city and the practice: Travis County has one attorney for every 118 residents, McAllen one for every 788, and those two markets move at different speeds. We report every month in writing, and we publish only verified results with their sources.
That is the point of the generative engine optimization work: speakable and FAQ schema, an llms.txt file, E-E-A-T signals and citability scoring, so the firm is a source Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini can cite for its practice and city. The free AI visibility audit shows where a firm stands today.
Every site is reviewed against Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct 7.01 to 7.06: the responsible-lawyer line, TBLS-only specialization wording, contingent-fee expense disclosure, and the homepage prepared as a Rule 7.04 filing for the Advertising Review Committee. Sites are also built to WCAG 2.1 AA.
Personal injury, family law, criminal defense and DWI, immigration, estate planning, and business and employment law. Each gets its own demand data, page plan and, where the market calls for it, Spanish-language pages with the required disclaimers in Spanish.
Nineteen markets have their own pages, from Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston to Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, the Valley and the Panhandle, and we serve firms in all 254 counties from Dallas. The Texas hub page lists every market with its numbers.
Yes. Ongoing plans cover SEO, security updates, performance monitoring, AI-search monitoring and a monthly written report. Firms that already have a site they like can take SEO or Google Ads on their own.
Not yet. The three verified case studies on this site are California practices of ByteZero, our parent agency, and they are labelled as such. No Texas engagement has run long enough to report a number we would stand behind, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.
